• In today’s rapidly paced global growth, ICT has evolved to become a core anchor in all aspects of our lives. In embracing this mass wave of ICT revolution, Hindu Youth Organisation Port Klang (HYO Port Klang) & Malaysian Community & Education Foundation (MCEF) initiated Program Titian Digital (PTD) - an ICT literacy initiative for Malaysian Tamil schools in 2009.
